Ryan, Alan and I sailed from Marina Del Ray to Two Harbors, Catalina. I'm having fun learning how to sail and Alan hasn't thrown me overboard yet, so I guess I'm not doing too bad. :-)

Ryan and I went to Portland on Friday and Saturday before leaving. We drove around town and saw a bunch of various areas on Friday and then went out Friday night. And went to Powell's Books on Friday afternoon....too fun. We went to the Saturday Art Market downtown on Saturday where I got a new skirt, and we got three gorgeous photographs to put up at home.

Amy, Diane and Jen picked me up in Portland on Sunday. We took our time getting back to the Tri-Cities. I loved hanging out with Jen and Kyle on Monday and Tuesday. Ryan joined us for Wednesday (the 4th of July) and Thursday. It was HOT but very fun!

Another fun weekend with our nephew! :-)

My family came to visit us (and our new place) for Memorial Day Weekend. We went to the beach, the San Diego Wild Animal Park, the San Juan Capistrano Catholic Mission, the beach......and Ryan and my dad did a really cool semi-re-model of the garage that looks great!
